Dear Ms. Steen,
I’d like to thank you for bringing Corporal Jennifer “Pilot” Chase to life nearly 40 years ago. Jennifer has meant more to me than any other character I’ve encountered; you gave her a depth and a reality to which I as a 10-year-old (and now as a 47-year-old) could relate and aspire. You portrayed just the right balance of innocence and guilt, expertise and naivete, strength and frailty, courage and fear, love and snark. This site honors Jennifer, the character you graciously and vividly brought to life. Thank you for letting Jennifer’s light shine through you.
